Feeling Overwhelmed? Start with Baby Steps.
by Jodi McLean
I have my moments when I feel overwhelmed and don’t know where to start, much less prioritize, in order to gain some sense of control. Of course I do. I just try to put my best face forward for you.
What do you do to push your “reset button?” I like to make managable goals. There’s something about writing things down that makes them concrete. Make yourself a little daily list…nothing overwhelming. It’s very empowering to cross things off your list and give yourself a sense of accomplishment.
See the referenced post on how I use the book “The Secret” to keep me focused. Click here.
Please share what you do to keep yourself on track and in control of yourself and your surroundings!

Jodi, I love your 3 steps! I tend to make my to do list a mile long and then abandon it. I am going to try to only put three things on a day!
